We are not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen in transit. Please be sure to opt in to our shipment insurance program to receive a full refund if your order is lost or stolen in transit.

In most cases exchanges are not available due to items selling out. Sold out items can not be exchanged.

You are solely responsible for the items that you put in your cart. If you place an order for an item in the incorrect size it is not our responsibility to exchange that item for the correct size. Please check that all items in your cart are correct before completing check out.

If you receive your order and find it to be damaged, missing an item, or fulfilled with an incorrect item and/or size please contact biz@dvlnintl.com for further assistance.

Items made from a high cotton content will shrink noticeably when washed and dried on high heat settings. In order to maintain the size and quality of your clothing nearest to the conditions they are when received we strongly recommend washing on cold and hang drying. If you prefer to dry your clothing we strongly recommend using a low heat setting.

Please understand we are not responsible for the results that occur when items are washed outside of these recommendations.
